Lakeshore is an outdoor paradise due to its proximity to the popular Lake Merced Park. Found in the southwestern corner of the city, is one of the city’s most scenic neighborhoods in San Francisco. There is plenty of undeveloped land and green space, and the district’s northern boundary is the San Francisco Zoo, which is a major tourist attraction. While nightlife options might be sparse, there are shops, restaurants, and plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities in Lakeshore.
