Working with Ron Abta both to buy our first condo when we first entered the market, and later to sell it this year (while balancing Shelter In Place requirements with ease and respect for safety and protocol) was a dream experience. His business saavy combined with deep commitment to his clients makes something that could be stressful (buying a home! Selling a home!) an enjoyable experience. I always felt like he had our best interests in mind, while balancing what we cared about and listening to our values. He was transparent about his realistic take on the market, and advocated for us to get the best price when we bought and set out the perfect strategy for us to get a great price when we sold (multiple offers, above asking etc). Most importantly, other real estate agents love him – they always perked up when we were buying and we mentioned we were working with him, and would say how much they love working with him. Real estate is a small community, and having an agent with a good reputation who’s trusted by their peers is such a great asset to getting the deal done. Also, his team is fantastic, they all collaborate well for each piece of the puzzle.
